Important things to know before your visit:
– Your ticket is only valid for the booked date and time; it cannot be used for a different time or date.
– Customers should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled timeslot.
– Please exchange your voucher for tickets at the Buckingham Palace Ticket Office, where some queuing time should be expected.
– For safety reasons, pushchairs are not permitted in the State Rooms. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby carriers are available for loan.
– A one-way system operates along the entire visitor route for safety reasons.
– Visitors are required to pass through an airport style security check. Bags larger than 45cm x 20cm x 30cm cannot be taken into the Palace.
– Luggage storage can be found nearby, including at Victoria Station.
– A multilingual audio guide is included in your admission price
– Please ensure that you have a printed copy of your ticket and valid identification with you on the day
– Photography is not permitted within the State Rooms
– Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the Palace, with the exception of bottled water
– For safety reasons, pushchairs/strollers cannot be taken into the State Rooms. They must be checked in and collected after your tour
